ABOUT US

Our Story

Alero Home Health Care was founded by Michael Haston, who spent years walking alongside his own family members as they navigated the challenges of aging, illness, and the need for daily support. He saw firsthand what it meant to search for care during some of life's most vulnerable moments — and he saw, just as clearly, the profound difference a compassionate, dependable caregiver can make. Not just in the tasks completed, but in the dignity restored, the independence protected, and the peace of mind given back to an entire family.

That experience became a mission. Michael founded Alero on a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to remain in the home they love, living life on their own terms, supported by people who treat them with genuine care — not just as a client, but as a person.

Today, Alero exists to serve older adults, individuals living with disabilities, and people recovering from illness or injury who want to stay safely and comfortably in their own home rather than a facility. Every caregiver we bring into a client's home is chosen not just for skill, but for character — because we understand that at life's most vulnerable moments, trust is everything.

Our mission isn't built around growth or volume. It's built around a selfless, singular goal: helping the people we serve live with the highest possible quality of life, independence, and dignity — for as long as home remains where they belong.

OUR APPROACH

Living the Life You Choose — At Home

We believe growing older shouldn't mean giving up the home, routines, and independence you've spent a lifetime building. At Alero Home Health Care, our mission is simple: help the people we serve live with dignity, autonomy, and comfort — on their own terms, in the place they know best.

Home is more than a building. It's familiarity, memory, and control over your own days. We're here so that staying home isn't just possible — it's a genuinely better way to live.

Every person we support deserves to feel like themselves: independent where they can be, supported where they need it, and always treated with respect.
